Noteefy Product Manager
Noteefy (pronounced ‘notify’) https://noteefy.com is the #1 leading technology company for the golf industry. Noteefy's mission is to accelerate golf course revenue, while improving the golfer and operator booking experience. We’re meeting golf courses’ and golfers’ needs by expanding our product offerings to also include hospitality management tools and incorporating AI into all of our workflows. Today, Noteefy technology is used at 850+ of the best facilities around the world to help tee sheets stay full, pro-shop phones to stay quiet, and golfers to play more often. Some of our customers include St Andrew’s, Bandon Dune, Sand Valley.
Noteefy recently acquired Metolius Golf, a data intelligence platform that works with 600-plus courses, aggregating operational data from not only the tee sheet, but point-of-sale, accounting, email, consumer databases, and advertising systems into a single dashboard. This acquisition is accelerating Noteefy’s growth and product development.
To support increasing demand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our remote-first team. You will own and lead the product roadmap of the core consumer product for golf courses and golfers (think of it as a B2B2C product). You'd drive the 0–3 month roadmap: sizing, prioritizing, and validating ideas, digging into sign-up and conversion funnels, and running experiments. You’ll also make UX mock-ups in Figma, with help from AI tools like Claude and Cursor. You’ll get to know Noteefy’s customers and users and apply their feedback to all your product decisions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with end users (golfers and course operators) and translate their feedback into a product roadmap
- Prioritize what gets built and what gets cut and articulate why to the wider team
- Use Noteefy’s design system to build prototypes and test ideas instead of writing long docs about the feature itself
- Get engineers involved on feasibility early, not after the design is “done”
- Pull your own data across various sources to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
- With engineers, you’re the one checking scope, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- With product marketers, you’re helping them understand what’s shipping and why
You’ll do well here if…
- You prototype. You care about end experience. We’d rather look at something clickable (or working) than a static mock or a wireframe deck. You’re comfortable with AI coding and design tools (Cursor, Claude, Claude Design, v0, Lovable, whatever you actually use). You own how it feels for the end user, and you know when to pull design in.
- You’re close to delivery. You know what’s in flight, you catch the missing edge case before it ships, and merge isn’t “done” for you.
- You excel at getting your own data. Databases don’t scare you. You can write SQL or get there with AI. You’re at home in product analytics. You like running experiments. You use data to decide, not to justify a decision after the fact.
- You’re comfortable with partners and integrations. A lot of what we build hangs on third parties. You can read API docs, spot what’s missing, and design around the gaps.
We’re a collaborative team that encourages:
- Asking questions and challenging existing assumptions - don’t be afraid to flex your communication skills to work with your teammates and nontechnical stakeholders
- Taking ownership - you’ll lead complex technical projects from the beginning, where you’ll scope out ideas, create plans, execute, launch, and iterate
What We Offer
- $110-130k base salary + equity package
- Remote-first work environment with flexible hours
